PRIOR TO CLASS

1) Contact Emily & Fill Out Paperwork
Space is limited - please contact Emily to let her know you will be attending class & she will be sure to have a yoga mat set up for you!  Take this time to ask questions & to receive the initial paperwork to fill out & bring to your first class.

2) Fill Out Paperwork
When you contact Emily, she will send you the initial paperwork.  Please fill it out and send it back via email or bring it to your first class.

3) Process Payment
Your payment holds your spot in class & confirms your attendance.  Please arrange payment prior to class.

4) Confirm Location & Directions
If you have any questions about the location of the studio or how to get there, please let Emily know & she will give you all the details.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who currently takes the group classes?
Working professionals (any gender) currently attend class. You can expect the classes to be smaller in size – usually 8 people or less.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
Yoga mats are provided. You may bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.

What is the level of the group class?
The class offers basic and therapeutic yoga techniques. The focus is to have time to breathe, to move, and to feel better – not to achieve the most advanced or strenuous yoga pose. Beginners are welcome!

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing – breathable fabrics, elastic waistbands, stretchy material. Avoid form fitting clothing that are too snug or restrictive of movement. Also, avoid clothing that is too loose – the extra fabric will get in the way. Dress in layers so you can adjust your comfort as your body temperature shifts. If you are naturally chilly, bring jacket, long sleeve shirt and/or socks for extra warmth during guided relaxation.

What type of payment do you accept?
