Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
Yoga mats are provided. You may bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
What style of yoga can I expect?
The session offers a blended style including basic and therapeutic yoga techniques. The focus is to have time to breathe, to move, and to feel better – not to achieve the most advanced or strenuous yoga pose. Beginners are welcome!
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing – breathable fabrics, elastic waistbands, stretchy material. Avoid form fitting clothing that are too snug or restrictive of movement. Also, avoid clothing that is too loose – the extra fabric will get in the way. Dress in layers so you can adjust your comfort as your body temperature shifts. If you are naturally chilly, bring jacket, long sleeve shirt and/or socks for extra warmth during guided relaxation.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations requires a 48 hour notice. If you need to cancel within 48 hours before your session day and time, full payment for the session is required.
What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, Chase QuickPay/Zelle, Venmo, or check made payable to Emily L. Haggith or YogaMend.
Before your first session, please contact Emily to have the initial paperwork sent to you. This will help you save time during the session and get your questions answered beforehand.
